Our mission is to support underrepresented groups in accessing meaningful educational opportunities and careers in computer programming and technology.

Through our communities we create pathways for long-term engagement, skill and career growth, and leadership.

Tech Inclusion was founded off passion for supporting women and gender diverse people in tech, but our passion for diversity and inclusion extends to all who are underrepresented in the tech industry and in tech education.

We are strong believers in inclusion efforts being run and managed by teams who represent and understand the community they are serving, but that doesn't mean you need to do it all alone!
